I was just wonder if there is any negative effects that i should really worry about while taking an amino acid supplement...i have researched alittle but, i havent found much to convince me its completely safe considering i have a family history of kidney problems..

you will be ok as long as you don't have damaged kidneys, also try not to take to much BCAA's as all amino acids compete for uptake in your intestines, more of one will cause a decrease in uptake of another, leading to choronic deficienies.
