For me I started out with being around 115 lbs, and had to work my way up instead of down. Still workin on that LOL, the grass is always greener. I didn't even start out that fat, and getting cut down is absolutely like pulling teeth. lol yea...try being a fat kid and getting lean...my body does ANYTHING possible to keep fat on it.

holy moly i wish i could eat as many almonds as you but i get way too many problems with the skin (pimples), gotta keep it under 30 a day did u ever encounter any problems like that?
