That is a lot your doing to your body..I would do this, Since basketball season (Assuming your playing for a highschool team) Usually lasts from Novemeber-March. I would recommend this, maybe lift in hte mornings on gamedays if you feel it doesnt effect anything..But for right now don't do any hardcore cardio vascular workouts, you get a great workout to help with speed and quickness during basketball practices..It's almost like track practices sometimes (depending on a win or loss


) But when bball is over, then get back to lifting regulary and then start a hardcore cardio vascular workout.
