I am starting my basketball season in almost a month. and i was wondering if there was a diet that was easy and simple to use. i also want to bulk up, and get lean as much as i can. what should i look for and what should i be doing to get ready for it.

YOu should search the bulking diets here, there are so many I would hate to repeat the info........ Idea though is, oatmeal and egg whites for breaky, 2-3 hours between meals.............snack 1 protein of some sort, snack 2 chicken or fish and veggies, snack 2 some carbs, snack 3 a full meal same as lunch with more protein before bed. A low fat carb snack after dinner. throw pasta in for snack 2 on some days.
