these things r amazing...make sure you get all white meat ground turkey breast (99% fat free!) , not the regular white/dark meat mixed kind.... -Around one pound ground all white meat turkey breast -1/2-3/4 cup bbq sauce -half small can tomato paste -one packet reduced sodium mckormick sloppy joe spice powder -Water as needed -Cook the turkey in a non stick skillet and break appart like you would ground beef until done -Add remaining ingredients and stirr to even consistency -Turn on low and let it simmer and reduce before you judge the thickness -If it seems too runny...add a little more tomato paste -If it seems too thick/dry...add more water The longer you let it simmer the better cuz the flavore blend nicer...eat it on a whole wheat bun or just strait up!!.....very low fat and high protein
