i train with some power lifters on the weekend we bench and squat and for the past six weeks we been using band tension and chain tension for squats and its a total of about 215lbs just the chains and bands at the top, now my question is whats the use of bands for i think its for developing speed out of the whole but im not quite sure please help thanks
