so im looking into some more nonconventional forms of power lifting. im making up a system that tens to be in motion, in a sense that you dont stand in one place thru an exercise. on these days you can find me in a feild just pushing, rolling, lifting, pulling, and throwing extreem weight around so im going out to buy some smooth cement, the plan is to make big cement balls in some type of spherical molds. probably thru 100- 200lbs try it out. curious to know if anyone has any methods or other "nonconventional" weights/exercises

If you want some ideas then look into strongman exercises and how they train.
Old Lifts: Bench-335, Squat-455, Deadlift-495 New lifts: Bench-375, Squat-545, Deadlift- 585 Strongest 17year old on DBB
