About 4 hours after my work out yesterday, I got this really bad burning sensation above my left shoulder blade. It was my shoulders and triceps day. i didn't feel anything during my workout at all. Nothing to indicate that I hurt anything, otherwise I would have stopped immediately. Any ideas as to what this could be? Thep burning is just as bad today as it was yesterday. I thought it would get a little better today, but it's about the same. I talked to a friend, who also works out, and he said it sounds like a torn muscle. Any suggestions on how to go about treating this? i'll probably see my doctor monday if it isn't any better. I don't want to screw my self up later on down the road. Thanks in advance for any tips of suggestions.
