Kids in my gym class were just talking about that monday. One thing you can do is after your tricep workout do close grip bench presses with reps of 50.

sets of 50!?! I would have to do like 115 lol...thats friggin hardcore. I bet it would work. Because I have come to the conclusion that it is fat that covers the muscle.

To work your triceps completely (all 3 heads) you have to do push exercises (dips, pushdowns, close grip bp, etc.) that work the medial and lateral heads, AND overhead extensions like skullcrushers or French press to work the long head (the part at the back of the arm near the armpit. Push exercises don't work the long head that well.

i, like dae_light, believe that to get 'cut' u r suppose to lose weight...so if u eat right and do cardi, then u dont neccessairly need to do high reps. U could very well do a powerlifting workout and still look 'cut'.

I stay pretty cut with this routine, but don't eat as much as you.(I eat a lot but not as much as you say you eat.)

Then I added skull crushers to my arm workout.

I can't do skull crushers, its so hard on my elbows. But I do know that when i did do them and it was pain free, I got a great workout in for the tri's.
