What are some good back excersises that dont envolve machines or anything? because i dont have any machines i can use for back(its the weekend) and also theres nothing to work my back at school, im going to get a pass at the gym nere my house(had one but gotta rnew my membership), so im gonna shovel snow and get some money lol. but for now what are some excersises i can do without weights? i need some lower back ones.

If u have something you can lock u legs into u can do lower back raises. Its a good burner. U just bend over and come up etc.

Low rows with a barbell,lawn mower pulls with a dumbell,wide grip pullups

Lay with your legs locked into something and ur torso free in the air. Bend your torso down...then bring it back up. THen down then up. I dont kno is thats more clear buttt......

I doubt he'll find anything to makeshift that kind of equipment around the house. I do romanian deadlifts for lower back and a bit of hams, 2 heavy dumbells held with palms faceing you, legs bend then lean forward, do not straighten your back tho, just keep your legs bent and go down to about to the halfway point on your shins, then bring it up and at the top straighten your back and pull your blades down, your arms should be parrallel with your legs(on a slant, because your legs are bent) and make sure you dont rest the weights on your legs.
