Hi i fell off the fitness wagon for bout a year (various reasons long story...) but i am starting from scratch again except this time i weigh bit less and dont have a belly really i weigh 12st 8 im 5 ft 10 31waist 38 chest. I want to build myself up and quick

my aims...

increase chest size (want bigger pecs) ** my main aim want big pecs and good definition shape.
arms (biceps/triceps)
legs (cycle alot so covered most of leg workout)
and build back/shoulders

i have done exercise to aid this before but dont think i was utilising my gym equipment s there is pretty much everything there.

Any advise would be appreciated

I suggest eating protein every  2-3 hours, tons of veggies in color variety, deadlifting, squats, chest and oh press as well as bodyweight exercises.
