Well guys,

Its been about 1 year now since ive stopped going to the gym religously and i am starting to feel it, ive managed to gain 8 lbs (5'6" - 178.4lbs - roughly 18% bf) i can tell i lost all the energy and muscle tone i developed before, and damnit im ready to get it all back

The reason you ask? Well, i was very unhappy with my career (working for fedex corporate) and i decided to open my own business. Great right, it is and the business has developed into a very big success. I am happy with every aspect of my life, excluding my fitness aspect. I quit paying my gym dues at my previous gym and moved into a new house further away, my question to you guys is this. What should i look for in choosing the right gym? it will be a spousal agreemant to the gym (me and my fiance) I've went and toured Amer fit and it was complete bs. It seems as if their more interested in providing you with a haircut or massage rather than working out. Their really isnt to many options close to me and i was curious as to what you guys recomend I do. My area is pittsburgh, pa. if that matters to anybody heh.

I am glad to be back on this site as it REALLY helped me along with my progress before and i plan on donating some money this time around to become a premier member.

Thank in advance for all the help and support guys!

Right on man.  If finances will allow it, as you're sounding pretty successful these days, it'd be incredible to have a weight room in your own house.  That's the only idea I have for ya!  Other than that, good luck.  You'll get it all back, I'm sure.
