back to training - Tuesday, October 30, 2007 2:15 PM ( #1 )
Well, im back to training finally, and it sucks. I'm no where near where i was at before i got hurt. I broke the arch of my foot, dislocated my right shoulder, hyperextended my right elbow all within a months time, and had to quit training for almost 8 months for everything to heal right. I've been back training for the last 3 weeks, and all of my maxes dropped alot. I'm disappointed that i had to let everthing slide so far. im going to start training hard again and so far in the last 3 weeks, ive improved alot. Granted, im afraid to do alot of leg stuff right now, all that will change when i go back to the doctor next week, if my foot is up to par. The sad thing is, i had to quit playing football, quit the weightlifting team, and wrestling is done for me. All of my highschool sports are done. All i can say to the athletes out there is, dont party and fight.
