god i want to keto again so i can get rid of love handles ahah, but i wanna bulk this winter up to 250 (at 235 right now) then ima strict keto and i think ima gonna compete if i can find someone near me who can do my prep for a reasonable amount of mula

Honestly mate if you're 235 now I might go straight into a cut but can understand if you want to keep bulking if there's bodyparts you want to add mass to. You kind of remind me of my own physique - You've got the mass up top and then in the middle it goes round and seems 90 % of the fat gets stored there lol. I've had enough myself and am just going on a solid cut now, if the lifts go down they go down I guess.

haha yup it always sits in the midsection..im gonna keep at DC but im adding more cardio in and im doing progressive **** with my cardio so my body cant adapt and im eating nothing but low GI carbs except postworkout with = 100g maltodextrin + 5g leucine + 5g glutamine + 30g whey. and my arms wont go past 16inches i ****ing swear...so i figured if i can get to 250 my arms should be 17 inches at the least haha i just dont wanna add "size" tho i want lbm only so ill prolly be doing this till march then cut right before summer and possibly compete

and my arms wont go past 16inches i ****ing swear... Join the club, we have jackets. Anyway nice back width man, I agree with adam, I would like to see you go on a good cut for now and see where your at afterwards and then bulk up again or cleaner afterwards. JMO, gj anyway!

The fact that you have love handles right now shows that your BF% is already getting way too high. By the time you get to having 17 inch arms after your cut to below 10% to get out there on stage your arms are going to be around 15 inches. Your arms don't look that small BTW. Your back does look really good though! Just cut from where your at, your getting way to into the bulking.. From an outside view your starting to look pretty fat. But you also look like you have a **** tone of well worked muscles under it. Gain 10 - 20more lbs and your going to look like crap. This is my rather blunt statement. Remember your only naturally going to gain 5lbs of muscle in the year.. Why **** it up by trying to over do it?

I agree with IBB. Your arms don't look that small...once you cut,they'll look bigger. It's not all about the measurement....but appearance. Back looks good BTW!!!

You have really wide hips. I thought it was fat looking from the back but its just your bones... But if you want strength, cut and focus on getting stronger at the same time. It gives you more motivation during the cut since you have something else to focus on besides losing fat.

I c... Well if your going to go about it that way.. Then go ahead and put on another 20lbs.. You may lean a tad bit and be more vascular in the end.. that's a pretty decent starting frame for that. Good Luck man!
