When were you last active and what were you doing and what is your meal plan now?

im usually pretty active most days...walk a lot at work, tae bo every few days. have been lifting weights every other day. the meal plan is hard for me, im busy not used to eating much. the past few days ive been trying to make myself eat at least 3 times a day..a lot of turkey, eggs, yogurt. im not exactly sure what the best thing for me to eat is  lol  so i just kind of guess

Eating more will help fire up your metabolism which takes you out of starvation mode allowing the body to burn fat rather than store it because it feels it is being starved.
Not sure your lifts, but compound will help use larger muscle groups and fire up that metabolism even more, things like squats, deadlifts, chest press, walking lunges, wind sprints on the tread in between some weight work.........pullups, mid back row, shoulder press, tricep dips and chins.
If you have to train at home you can still do this.
