I uploaded my own avatar but it's not showing up on my posts?  What's wrong?

Do you want it as your profile picture or an avatar like the one you see under my name on this forum?

PM it to me.. I can check it out.

I want it to appear under my name as an avatar, when I upload it says "Uploaded Successfully", but it doesn't actually show up.

I'll send you the avatar so you can check if something is wrong with it.

Ah ok, I'm used to Invision Board and VBulletin.  When you upload an avatar on those it automatically applies.
