well that didnt go too well...lol a could barely do anything, time to lay back and recover

[&o] hate not being able to do anything but i better take a week off becuase its the summer holidays soon, bak to being out with my m8s and training hard at the gym with my membership coming, i was going to get 1 tommorow but theres no point thanks to my arse/hip just thaught ide let you know, OH and what kind of foods mite help me recover? ive got a heat lamp and going to ice and heat it every day to help it along with the blood cerculation and that but anything else would really be appreciated, i hate not being out and about doing anything such a waste
