I tried one of these at a local gym and liked it alot. I am however curious if it is a good item to spend my money on(does it work?).

Doesn't it just keep your arms at your side snug during curls? Wouldn't good form, concentration or standing against a wall do the same?

I think it just eliminates the possibility of swinging your arms around and cheating.

Just to add, I used one of these many years ago and found it to be very beneficial in building nice arms. It's a good device to get the most out of your curls, why? You can't cheat, and it isolates the bicep muscle very well, basically if you curl heavy it helps with form. Just my experience with it.

That sound pretty cool, I like concentration mostly, but the good device doesn't hurt anybody every now and then.
