I tried one of these at a local gym and liked it alot. I am however curious if it is a good item to spend my money on(does it work?).

Just to add, I used one of these many years ago and found it to be very beneficial in building nice arms. It's a good device to get the most out of your curls, why? You can't cheat, and it isolates the bicep muscle very well, basically if you curl heavy it helps with form. Just my experience with it.

Maybe I will when I find a new job they are not very expensive either.

That sound pretty cool, I like concentration mostly, but the good device doesn't hurt anybody every now and then.
