my chest is pretty weak and its often a topic of discussion when working out is mentioned with my friends. its extremely annoying and i've been working hard on it. i treat it like my triceps . i work it out 1 a week. my friends say that thats not the proper way and i should be hitting it 5 times, at least, a week. i bench and i do free weights. what should i do?any help on how to make my chest bigger is appreciated.

Hey what's up bud. Once a week is fine, it's just a matter of how hard your working and how much time your giving it to rests. Try this, in order to get that chest bigger and stronger
Do Bench press 5x5. Use the same weight for every set and when ever you complete 5sets of 5reps add 5 pounds the next week.
