The form on the rows could use some work. More full extension, those arms should be coming all the way back and the bar should go a little below the chest above the abdominals. Got to lean over and stay leaned over no moving the lower back back and forth to assist with the lift.

You don't have to listen to me though

try power cleans to make those traps grow..a month or two with those in your routine will probably help alot with the size...which may add a more balanced look to your back. other than that...dumbell rows?
first day with no buds, 11/17, need a new job. 1 down 13 to go.

yeah your right.. i have back pain so i kind of cant bend my back to the angle that your meant to.. that was a few weeks ago aswell.. now i can do 10 pause reps with that weight.. but i might drop the weight down to 210 and stand on my bench and lower the weight down as far as possible..

the form works well for me. for strenghening up. trains my CNS prity well ideal for getting strong but im after some size now

Do dumbell rows instead, I can't do nearly as much as I can on the barbell. I just don't have the balance for that..
