hello everyone im pretty new to this and wanted to get your input on my new workout.. Monday-chest,shoulders bench press incline press dumbbell bench dips military press side lateral raises front raises seated rear delt laterals tuesday-back,traps bent over rows lat pulldowns tbar rows pull-ups barbell shrugs dumbbell shrugs Wednesday-cardio Thursday-biceps, triceps barbell curls tricep pull downs preacher curls skull crushers hammer curls incline dumbell Friday-legs Squats leg press lunges calf raises sat/sun-off I'm 20 years old 5'10 about 185, athletic, ultimate goal is to put on a soild amount of muscle, so i am not to sure on the number of sets and reps? also with this workout i will be taking creatine mono, 100% whey multivitamin, suggestion and freedback would be greatly appreciated thanks.
