ok guys [and girls] are bcaa's really worth it? im running low on the bottle i have now and am wondering if i should get another one. i paid like 10 bucks on sale at a gym for like 200 capsules. i never took them on a regular basis so i guess i kinda wasted them. but now im seriously starting to get back into lifting and am wondering what exactly they do and is it worth taking them? if they are they what is better? the pills or powder? and any good bottles or tubs out there i can get at say GNC?

bcaa's are basically like extra food for your muscles. thet rebuild your cells and help repair broken down tissue. i would really recommend taking bcaa's. they are not a hassle to take and they are relatively cheap. i pick mine up at GNC and they are in pill form. hope this helps

3 in between breakfast/lunch. 3 more between lunch/dinner. They help. All aminos are great for you.
