are mami noodles good for you?? - Sunday, July 16, 2006 2:15 AM ( #1 )
hi guys i am 16 and being at school i was wondering whether a packet of mami noodles would be a good source of carbs if eaten without the flavour sachet because they contain alot of salt and a bit of sugar

1 packet has 270cals 9 g protein and 55 g of carbs with 1 g of fat

Go for the semi-fresh packs of udon or rice noodles (the ones that are moist, not dry and you just cook them in boiling water for a minute or two) or alternately just have some pasta. The dried packet noodles often contain extra fat, msg etc.
