The formula looks good if it wasn't a proprietary blend. Are you going to be trying this out?

Man I just got a real quick question. I'm 6'5" 280 and I just started taking creatine and whey protein. I know you have to drink more water becasue of the creatine but what would be a good amount?

ok thanks. and also it's all about spacing it out threw the day right? don't just chug a sh!tload at one time and I should be cool? I lied I got a few more q's. As it is I'm driknig about 6-7 liters a day, should I cut back? Should I be taking the creatine and protein same time? Also should it be more than once a day. I been doing some research and I keep seeing people talk about taking 10 g. a day but only taking 2 g. at a time 5 times a day. As it is I'm doing protein and creatine 2 times a day. 43 g. of creatine and 30 g. of protein 2 times a day....am I cool or no? Thanks for your help
