Hey, I am looking for a good cardio program to do in conjunction with the Max-OT weightlifting. I was debating between the max-Ot cardio http://www.ast-ss.com/articles/article.asp?AID=97 and HIIT and decided I will do the HIIT 3 times a week in the morning with a jump rope (at least until I get a recumbent bike, which may be a while). Anyways, I was wondering if anyone tried the HIIT program from muscle media http://www.musclemedia.com/training/hiit.asp. It starts with a 4 min. workout, is that too short? Is it a good program? Also how does it compare with Max-OT cardio? Thanks in advance for the help.
