Alright i' ve been taking the 1-AD for about a week now. 2 capsules with every meal three times a day. i am 19yrs old, 5" 8, 165lbs.

i have heard hype about the side effects of taking this. but so far... i have not had any diharea problems, doesnt hurt when i urinate, no real bad acne than i already had, no loss in libida (probably because im 19). so my questions are... do i need to take 4-ad to counter the 1-ad when i have no loss in libida or hair loss?
and second, the only side effect i have discovered was a slight ache in the left testical about an hour or so after taking the pills. ill admit its kinda scary because i dont know what it is. i saw on Big Cats website that he had a similar problem. anyone else experiance this? thanks

Does kinda sound like 4-AD might help counter some side effects of just taking 1-AD straight.

The only sides that 4-ad will help with (to my knowledge) is loss of libido (not the spelling) and lethargy.

As a side note, 4ad will help with strength gains, and mass gains, though might also contribute to a tad more fat acrual if you are hypocaloric.

i gained 12 lbs after 4 weeks which is bad for me.i am giving up the 1-ad. it was my same diet as past weeks.but i gained 12 lbs. what the f@ck. i need to loose fat instead of gain weight.i think it is my fault to jump to the pro-hormons.

Was that 12lbs WATER weight? You sure it wasn' t muscle? I assume since you said f-a-t, the gains you got were not what you wanted.

1-AD can be stacked with 4-AD and as mentioned above, there are methods to combat water retention if you are experiencing such.

How long did your cycle last?
