hi
this is ari from india. 5'8". 72 kg. been gymming for last 4 yrs. used to play cricket & was a ice/rock climber before this. excess of left handed bowling has made my left side leaner by a thread of an inch compared to my right side. esp noticable when i do back-workouts... the left lat is leaner n more prominent then the right, which is obscured by a med layer of fat. any suggestions?
i dont use any supplements.

It will even out if you tain everything equally.

If you bowl regularly..then the option is to mimmick the moves on the Right side...

You just want help getting balanced?

     Ari,
My name is colin but my friends call me boche.  The problem that u are having is an issue for a lot of lifters big and small.  In fact I have the same problem but instead of it being my back it is my entirre arm.  My right arm is bigger and more defined than my left arm it happens.  I realized through much reasearch that working whatever muscle group ypu have this issue with the same set for set and rep for rep the smaller muscle will develop and eventually catch up and become the same size and evevly symmetrical.  I have been praticing what I preach and my left arm has begun to catch up with my right.  I beg you to try this and your lat problem will be gone and your back will look completly symmetrical.
                                   Boche

p.s. e-mail me at toophysicalforu@yahoo.com if u have any more questions
