hi, i was wondering, do you have any good meat\protein recepies for me? I kinda hate to say it but my folks don't cook that well at all, so they've asked me to find some recepies for me to give them to do.

I don't know any real recipies.. but I have some favorite meal combos. I mix a lot of rice with everything. Near East long grain rice... I believe that's the name. The chicken and vegetable flavor kicks @#$. Also, the original rice pilaf flavor.. that's good to. I make big strange combos with the rice... Three scrambled eggs with one small can of chicken all dumped into a bowl of rice. I believe the can of chicken would be like 30grams and the eggs like 18-24grams of protein... then there is the little bit from the rice. Also, a slice of cheese in there makes it awesome!!! So right there you are looking at somewere around 50 grams of protein. I also do the same thing with Price Chopper's white tuna... without the cheese though. Also really good, allthough some people complain about the smell of the tuna at work. I am no guru nutrition guy, but you can also check out my journal with all my meal plans for more ideas... http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/Logan%27s_Journal/m_23223/tm.htm
