im all fixed from my oepration ow, and have started working out again, but want to lose the fat that i have put on since the operation (gained one stone in weight). so far what i have been doing has let me lose 2 pounds in 3 weeks, but, although without wanting to cause injury, i would like to know if there is anyway of losing it faster. i am currently dieting as much as possible eating only essentials for growth and repair, whilst also testing Gaspari Superpump 250, advised by a friend and i can see some results in my shoulders. i was wondering if there were any tricep exercises, and also back exercises to reccomend me for a good increase of lean muscle mass many thanks

You can loose fat and gain strength but don't count on gaining a lot of size at the same time. If you are focused on loosing fat then eat clean and lift hard. After you get to the point where you are satisfied and want more size then start eating more and continue lifting hard. Of course this is very generic and simplified. Check out the stickies in the nutrition section for more in depth information.
