2 scoops protein powder ice 1 cup milk (fat free) 1 cup water 3 egg whites 1 tbsp peanut butter blend on high for 20 seconds I use this daily on more of what would be considered a "bulking" diet. tastes great IMO.

Hi People, I'm a new member after lurking for a while. Love the forums. Anyway, I was hoping I could help out and offer some info people might find useful. I've actually been working on a free site (see my signature) I think is worth mentioning here. I'm collecting homemade protein shake recipes that you are all welcome to try for yourselves.

If I could give a suggestion on what not to make - I mixed skim milk, frozen berries and strawberries, fat free yogurt, and protein powder. That by itself would probably be awesome. But then I added cereal, like high fiber cereal. The texture was awful and it made me very thirsty to drink it.
