any good year long programs for hardgainers?

I'm just throwing this question out there because I've done stronglifts 5x5 for a little while n then I started stalling so I switched over to a higher rep program with more exercises for each session. I wanted to know if anyone here might know of any quality year long plans for muscle strength and size that might be available on the internet, and might switch between low rep for strength n higher rep workouts. Any suggestions?

EAT SLEEP TRAIN AS HARD AS YOU CAN EACH WORKOUT There is no secret recipee, don't think that because you do this or that workout you will gain. It's plain simple, you'll gain ONLY AND ONLY if you eat right, sleep a lot and train good.
Everyone is entitled to be stupid, but some abuse the privilege.
