any advice - Tuesday, August 29, 2006 9:30 PM ( #1 )
hi i am 21 yrs old 5'4 200lbs i got to the gym around 5-6 times a day i take n.o xplode and cell mass and i wanted to know what i can take to make me gain mass rapidly cam anyone help?

I found that an easy mass gainer is using a blender for two extra meals a day. I usually combine two cups of fat free milk, four eggs(four whole during the day and four before bed), about seven frozen strawberries, two scoops of whey protein(23-24grams per scoop), and a 1/2 cup of oatmeal.
 
I take this in twice a day, once in the morning and once before bed. I also add about a 1/2 cup of 1% cottage cheese to shake before bed for the casien protein.
 
If you do this plus eat a diet of about a dozen egg whites a day, a can or two of tuna and two other regular meals you should have no problem gaining those extra pounds.
 
I personally gained about 6-10 pounds from this super shake. Its got roughly 70 grams of protein, 50 grams of carbs, 20 grams of sugar and 8 grams of fat.
 
Other supplements I use are 10 grams of creatine(75 grams of sugar 75 grams of carbs), ususally three shakes of two scoops of whey a day, N.O. xplode or superpump 250, L-arginine and L-glutamine.

im no expert but 5-6 times a day isnt gunna help,its gunna mess u up,thats way to much for one day ,now if u mean 5-6 times a week i'd still say lay of and do 4-5 days

Do you go to the gym 5-6 times a day, or take NO xplode and cellmass 5-6 times a day? Either way, it's too much. Make sure you read the link Danmirage gave you.
