super setting two muscles at the same time , i.e tris bis , so doing pushdowns and then curls back to back no rest , i always thought it was a dumb idea , if i work two muscles ont he same day i like to do one till its done then another , if i were to try this could i gain mass and endurence? depending on rep range i guess , and would i do this for every exercies , if i did 3-4 a piece per muscle would i super set say incline curl with rope pushdown close grip ez curls with skull crusher seated db curl with french press? or is that two much , seems good to me?. im just trying to bust this current plateau thanks for any responses!
