just got some animal pack, i was just wondering if i need to pull back on my bcaa's and glutamine now or just go ahead and keep taking what i have been? and if you have a suggestion on another vit or min please let me know

just keep on takin imo.  i love that vita pak too.  dont have any atm and using just reg one a days...

Hey KublaKhan make sure you break those one a Days up before you take them. I have a friend who owns a port-a-john company. He finds a ton of those at the bottom of the pot after an event. Not easily digested.

Hey KublaKhan make sure you break those one a Days up before you take them. I have a friend who owns a port-a-john company. He finds a ton of those at the bottom of the pot after an event. Not easily digested.

what are one a days? I have been considering buying animalpak, if i buy them i can just take them as suggested right or do i break up the pills?.  I just got a bottle of animal cuts, they won't interfere with eachother will they?

one-a-days is a brand of vitamins you can find at walmart... animal pak IMO is the best... you can take the whole animal product line with each other and it wont interfere with each other... the animal pak is just a multivitamin... it wont mess with your cuts because that is a thermogenic/metabolism booster... if anything they will work synergistically
