has anyone used this? i bought it and it seems to be working alright. anyone else have luck with it?

Hey I was wondering about using that but i didnt know how it worked & the cost. Do you think you could fill me in on it.

I haven't seen any studies saying whether it is or isn't effective, but I would still go with a regular monhydrate powder. I know it's supposed to be 189% better absorption, but creatine in tablet/capsule form typically does not absorb well in the body.

i work at gnc, my boss said all it is is regular creatine capsules, but they put more in each pill, so its just monohydrate, but instead of 6 pills per serving its like 3.
