Nope, if taken as directed there shouldn't be any side/negative effects

I was unaware that I was being a "d**k", I was just trying to make the point that if you're going to ingest something foreign, it's probably a good idea to get into the habit of learning at least something about it BEFORE you buy/take it.

i bought those long time ago. didnt like them to much, eveytime i took them had to crap evey 10min. it to got really annoying so i gave them to a friend. everybod reacts differently to supps hope it works for you.

In the future, prior to buying any supplement, search this forum for people who have used it, search google for reviews(1fast400.com works), and compare it with other supplements similar to it. Putting money on the table is the easy part, researching is the tedious part, however it is necessary.

True.  Every supplement at the store is going to have claims about their effects on muscle and strength gains...  study articles and other people's experiences, then purchase.
