so i read some of these recipies on protein pancakes/waffles ind i got the insiration to make my own.. i stole the basic recipe ror these waffles on another post and then costomized! i dont know the exact amount of some things but its pretty self explanitory:
so...
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup: chocolate protein (soy or whey)
1/2cup: finely ground oats
1/4 tsp: baking soda
1/4 tsp: vanilla extract
-one whole egg and 1 egg white
combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl, mix copmletely while adding however much water nessiccary to reach appropriate consistancy.
COOKING:
(some type of cooking spray may be needed to stop the waffles from sticking to the press form)
-pour appropriate amount into a waffle press (i prefer large 8inch diameter presses

)
cook untill waffle's come out of the from easily
-kind of an earthy taste-
i like mine with butter and syrup.. when it comes to that i dont care about the nutrition.
