I train every single day and each day i train about 1hr30min - 2hrs

MON - Back and Bi
TUE - Shoulders and Traps
WED - Chest and Triceps
THU - Back and Bi
Friday - 6-7 km run on the machine + Ab workout
SAT - Leg workout + Ab workout
SUN - Shoulders and Traps
... Goes On  ( I take 40g of Protein After workout and before bed time )

My Goal : Have a Bigger Back and Shoulder

My Questions are :

1) Am i doing too much workout, and don't have enought recovery time

2) Is this the right way of working out muscles ?

I've been doing some training for a while now but, plz if you have any GOOD advise let me know. or even good workout in order to hlep me to achive my goal. Thanks alot...

I'm by no means an expert, but you're stretching yourself thin. 3-4 days a week of good, old fashioned hard lifting should be enough. You are correct in that you have almost no rest time. But what you should ask yourself is, are you making progress? If so, I wouldn't be too concerned with it. As long as you're not starting to feel actual pain in your muscles (not the "burn", or soreness, but actual pain), I think you would be all right.

My suggestion is, if you're trying to get bigger muscles right now and not concerned with losing fat, stop the cardio day, do a muscle group once a week, and put some light cardio at the end of a day where your workout is not as intense. For example, I have a day where I lift biceps and abs. Not a good combo, but i'm working on my schedule. So, on those days I try to run at the end.

This is just what I do. I hope for others to chime in.
