i feel so depressed.i wanna keep growing..but i'm stucked. i used to be on a weight gainer but my parents cut me off for 6 months already.(although i wanted to switch to muscle juice n whey protein). i can't grow! i have school and it's hard to ensure gd protein in every meal with my pathetic pocket money and school. a fren recently just told me that i look like a mutant...another fren verified that and said that i look like a steroid abuser.a mutant.overly improportional(he suggested that becuz i stopped taking weight gainer, that's why.). adding on to that, i'm sitting for a major exam at the end of this yr which will determine if i can make it into uni. gosh everything is so wrong. i believe that my upper chest is rather improportional to the lower and the back...but i can't grow it..i'm not even getting enough protein a day. and there's my huge ass to take care of! there r so many ppl who can randomly gym and grow huge and nice but here i'm in this MESS. ARGH! i dunno how to carry on from here..i dun wanna give up bodybuilding, i wanna attain my desired body as fast as possible.. can anyone help me out?
and my neck..i just noticed that from the side view.it looks damn skinny.any excersizes to make the neck thicker? gosh i'm really crazy()@!#

o.just to add on. there r some who say that my head/my face is too small for my big body...

my routine is pretty much screwed.
6.30am: 500ml of hl milk(25g of protein, 31.8g of carbs)
8am:200 ml of hl milk( 10g of protein 10.6g of carbs)
usually around 11+ when i have my break : rice with fish, meat, veg. + 200ml of hl milk.
2pm: rice with fish, meat, veg. / homecooked food/subway. + 200ml of hl milk.
5pm: yet another random meal.
8pm:dinner( home cooked).
11pm: eat anything i can find?instant noodles? or i'll buy supper.
and top it up with 500ml of hl milk.
 
as i was typing this out...i realise that my diet looks ****.it's really ****! ok..i'll try to make it more routine. anyone can help me modify it?
for my pre n postwork meal..it's pretty much random too.i dunno what i can eat for those meals when i'm w/o protein powders.

Im about 5'6" and only weigh 126, and i have noticed lately and in my recent prom pictures, that my neck/shoulder area is alot larger/stronger than most of my friends(some alot bigger than me). I just stuck to Dumbell Flys and Squats and it has grown quiet a bit. Also powercleans have helped the process along. Try these and see how they work for ya.

In the mornings thats alot of liquid no whole food.. That will cause some problems with muscle growth.

first, all good things take time.

now as for your diet, change your morning diet to add eggs or oatmeal. it's all liquid in the morning, like IBB already mentioned, that will cause problem with muscle growth.

as far as losing fat, you have to control your diet and do cardio, no easy way around.

and ignore people that criticize your build. if they are your friends, tell them you don't appreciate their comments. honestly, people calling you "mutant, overly improprtional", seem like a poor choice of friends. that's their problem not yours.

focus on your own training, diet and rest.

can you measure how much calories you take in everyday? also your workout routine would also help us comment.

you have to take care about you diet, other wise no one help you, you have also doing some exercise 1 hour minimu in a day, if you want and keep your self fit. don't take care about your school friends what ever they say , you have just start your workout and see the difference.

Something you mentioned here is what kept me going.
I also though I was a skinny @ss b1tch, smaller than anyone.
I didn't like my arms and forearms cause it seemed like smaller even to those who are simply skin and bones at school, the ones weight 50 lbs with their whole snow suit and i still felt smaller than em, ah. Last week me, my best friend and some others went to the park and we made some kind of match ups and started brawling.

At some point we took shirts off cause it started to get kinda intense and everyone started to give me looks.

My two closest friend are the ones who I aspired to be as big as.
One of em is whitey, i though he was a genetic freak cause he just didn't train at all and he was all time jacked. While the other one is a black dude who plays football with me, i though he was the most jacked of our school... well that day everyone on place started complimenting how bigger and thicker i looked to ALL of us, which made me happy but also clueless cause I didn't think being even close to em.

Bottom line, point is that you see yourself everyday and you might not see the slight changes all the time, you might think you dont change at all but you probly change alot faster than you think.

Read what the others reply to you. train hard and eat alot, gains will come.

I stopped counting calories because its pointless. it really is. a friend of mine who happens to be absolutely ripped up (and a personal trainer) gave me advice to eat all the time. even when im not hungry just keep eating. 
 
I have a very high metabolism so i started doing that and now i cant stop eating. i eat every hour and a half sometihng small like a 6 inch sub. but it adds up so much by the end of the day and ive gained 5 pounds in 2 weeks with no extra visible body fat.
 
one bad thing is that its SO EXPENSIVE and i work 40 hours a week so im busy all the time. yet every hour and a half to 2 hours i get food. Get a job and start buying your own food. Trust me it will be the best thing ever. right now i spend 20 bucks a day on food but seeing my gains. its worth it!
