I'm by no means an expert, but you're stretching yourself thin. 3-4 days a week of good, old fashioned hard lifting should be enough. You are correct in that you have almost no rest time. But what you should ask yourself is, are you making progress? If so, I wouldn't be too concerned with it. As long as you're not starting to feel actual pain in your muscles (not the "burn", or soreness, but actual pain), I think you would be all right. My suggestion is, if you're trying to get bigger muscles right now and not concerned with losing fat, stop the cardio day, do a muscle group once a week, and put some light cardio at the end of a day where your workout is not as intense. For example, I have a day where I lift biceps and abs. Not a good combo, but i'm working on my schedule. So, on those days I try to run at the end. This is just what I do. I hope for others to chime in.
Everytime I get on this forum, I get a craving for peanut butter. 18 yrs. 180lbs. BF% N/A, estimated 17% ON 100% Whey, water and a whole lot of food!
