i used to do bis and back tris and chest , now i do bi,tris on one day chest and back on another...  im lookin at articles on new routines and came across one that like it had about 4-5 exercises for each muscle.. but instead of doing bis first then maybe resting 5 minutes and starting my tris like i do , it was like do a bi exercises then rest 1 minute , then do a tri exercise , then rest 1 minute.. then bi then tri and so on ....??? anyone ever try this with any muscles?... sounds good to me and all but when i think about it , if your resting one minute then spending another doing a different muscle group , thats 2 -3 minutes before u hit the other one again , isnt that too big of a rest inbetween...... and wouldnt be effective for mass gain?

Nothing wrong with doing bi's with minute rests inbetween, then moving onto tri's after you finished all bi exercises. However, you should strongly consider giving your chest and back different work days. I think the way you used to do it with bis+back, tris+chest was a solid choice.
