this is all i'm taking now. and i'm intensifying my diet.  yall know ALOT more than I do, so tell me if this looks good to you guys.
 
-Fish Oil
-Vitamin B 100
-BCAA's
-Protein
 
that's it.
 
i've dropped creatine and all NO supps out of it.  will this be enough to get me through?
 
sorry if the post is stupid, yall just know much more than i do, and i'm still learning

i'd stick with creatine as well...It's proven!
I suggest Micronized mono...But thats up to you...
but I'd definitely supplement creatine!

Yeah, i wouldnt get rid of the creatine, its really a great supplement.  Id say top priority supplements are whey and creatine.  Whey i consider a food though...

I would keep doing what you're doing because if that is you in your avatar then whatever you're doing is working. The focus on diet is a really good idea though man.

alright. i'll put creatine back in there. 
 
and that is me in my avy, i guess i'm an "easy gainer" or something.  i trained with a guy who had an error proof plan but he moved to NJ or some NE state and i quit following it. that's where i basically got my start
 
but yea, i'll throw creatine back in there

agreed with what was posted above.

creatine could be added in.. everything else looks great.  i cycle off and on creatine when i feel like it really.  my workouts seem pretty efficient regardless of whether i am on it or not though.  it's really up to the person.

just make sure you are drinking close to a gallon of water a day.   keep those kidney as healthy as you can.

Pumping the iron, moving the lead.  I hope all the attention I get doesn't go to my head.
