Weights alone won't do it buddy. You have to have a combination of a good diet, a great workout program and a strict cardio routine. With your diet it would be beneficial if you had a higher protein diet, low carbs, low sodium in your meals,as you are "chubby" as you say you are. Do you already have a training program? As far as supplements go.......Say, how long ago did you start weightlifting?
