March 16th, 2008 So for the past year ive been trying to pack on teh muscle (and ive put on some, considering last march i was 117 with my clothes on) along with alot of fat and a lower back injury, shoulder injury... lots of injuries . So im going to take the next two months off, doing cardio everyday and cutting away all the excess fat, then hire a personal trainer and get my form down. Ill document my progress week-by-week. Current stats ---------------------- 6'2 193 pounds - 22%-24% bf Max bench: 140 Max Squat: 175 Max Deadlift 245 Goal ---------------------- 173 pounds - 12% bf This shall be my before pic, as you can see i need alot of work haha
