March 16th, 2008

So for the past year ive been trying to pack on teh muscle (and ive put on some, considering last march i was 117 with my clothes on) along with alot of fat and a lower back injury, shoulder injury... lots of injuries Smile. So im going to take the next two months off, doing cardio everyday and cutting away all the excess fat, then hire a personal trainer and get my form down. Ill document my progress week-by-week.

Current stats
----------------------
6'2
193 pounds - 22%-24% bf
Max bench: 140
Max Squat: 175
Max Deadlift 245

Goal
----------------------
173 pounds - 12% bf

This shall be my before pic, as you can see i need alot of work haha

Im not even sure. Lower back was from deadlifting too much with bad form. The rest are an annoying mystery...

Just got back from the doctor, i have a torn lumbar muscle and my back is hyperextended. Going to be starting physio soon.
