agression - Friday, August 01, 2008 12:05 PM ( #1 )
For the last few days iv found that iv been getting very agressive and angry very easily.I am never usually like this but it all started when i got my week summer break from my training. I am in a rugby academy and train up to 3 times a day 5 days a week.I can usually take out any agression i have at that, but this week it has gotten a lot worse and im just wondering if it could be from testosterone build up or what because its really unlike me, iv recently started using creatine and i know a lot about the supplement but cauld that be adding to my problem in anyway? anyone have any ideas what i could do? i usually would love this but not while i cant train!
Thanks in advance

Hmmm, could be your mind is spinning from all your training. It does not have time to defuse, so your acting out with aggression. Give it a few days to adjust to what you are putting your body through. Until then, just say ooooooooohhhhhhhhhmmmmmmmmmmmmm! Oh, stay away from sharp objects and hunting equipment.

once you start to get edgy and aggressive all the time thats a sign you are overdoing it and your body is being pushed past its limits.  If possible take some time off from something and not do as much.  I dont want to call this overtraining but it seems you are.

Take an overview of your personal history; Any issues that arise?

-Family problems?
-Girl issues?

These two, since I'm assuming you're around my age, can deffinitely lead to some aggressive attitudes.
