So I have lead feet and this must change for my Kung Fu to progress...

I was doing a couple searches on ladder drills... agility training

is this a good series of drills?
http://www.sport-fitness-advisor.com/ladder-agility-drills.html

and there is this
http://orgs.jmu.edu/strength/JMU_Summer_2000_WebPage/JMU_Summer_2000_Sections/11_Summer_Footwork_Agility.htm

in addition to practicing my kicking sequences.

Thoughts? You guys got something better? remember I have limited equipment, and really limited time, but I could possibly fit a day or two of something in...

I was really leaning more the ladder drill way... setiting up cones in a park to sprint around them, in my neighborhood... not really wise, and the times I could do that ... well kids would actually be playing sports there.

I was gonna say jumping rope is good.  Shadowboxing is always good too.  I have a medium size box that I jump over laterally, as soon as i land on the opposite side I jump right back over it to where I started and repeat.

Yeah StockJockey, I have only been going for 9 months or so, 3 days a week, so I am still very new and crappy. In my defense I am the only girl at my school who free spars (regularly, and attends free spar in addition to regular forms class) , and  if I am fighting boys of around my skill level, well, I win or dominate just as much as they do, so I guess I am not that crappy, the more advanced students, well that is different story ( and obviously should be).

but yeah my foot work sucks, my striking and blocking  is far superior. I can actually "feel" my brain telling my legs to do something ... it is like they are on a delay, it takes forever for them to respond.

And the kung Fu has certainly stuck just like weightlifting, so I am there obstensively for the long hall. this form is a minimum 10 yearsr to mastery,( I want that snazzy red belt, and the whoopass that comes with it, HAHA).

Thanks chris, those videos are some of the drills that were listed in my links, and I can do that im my house, so I appreciate the validation!

I used to jump rope.... what last year for 5 months or so, it shakes my fish tank something aweful, and I don't have the room to do the trickey foot work, but maybe I can reevalute that. I'm a big girl extra cardio won't hurt me ; )
