first off I'm glad I found this forum and want to say hey to everyone.
I'm 33, 6,1 and 225lb....I worked out off and on for 10 plus years, I guessed at everything I did and I'm sure alot was wrong, I want to get serious and make it happen..lol...10 plus years and now.....anyways.
I never new the best rest periods between workouts, my gains were good at times to minimal at others, I just want to keep what I have but get back to lifting solid weight............help or anything you can give me would be great....sorry for the novel.

What is your (short term) goal, Fat loss or Mass gain?
