I used creatine and protein when i was 14 and 15 and it didnt have much effect on me, i had a pretty bad diet at the time but was training regularly 2-3weight sessions a week and 3 rugby sessions..I have stoped useing all suplements since november and changed my diet compleatly, eating plenty regularly, lots of fruit, veg, milk and meat and drinking lots of water too. I found that it is working better then when I was useing the supplements. I am now thinking of taking creatine again and im wondering if the result would be different? when i was taking the creatine before i didnt have any gains? could anyone recommend a good creatine that will work well for me? iv also been told you should take it for a month and then go off it for a month? any information would be appreciated. cheers

You don't need creatine. You should keep up the good diet and exercise IMO.

Protein works a lot better than creatine.
