quick question:
ive been following a variation of bill starr's routine, the madcow one, for 4 weeks now.  this coming week i know i will have issues with gym time because of some travelling, i woudl miss my wednesday workout, which is the light squat day, with ohp and deadlifts.  its bad timing because this week is where i am at my 5rms.

i cant really make up the wednesday workout bceause im going to up driving back wednsday night and then have class early thursday, so if i made it up thursday i doubt i would be up to an intense workout, and id rather not miss my goals because of that when it can be avoided. i need to keep the days to mwf because of classes and what not.

so would the best option be skip wednseday entirely and keep m and f the same (so the bill starr), or maybe just do 3X5 heavy in place of the ramping for the same exercises, then continue the following monday? or a light version? or does anyone have another idea?

its just one workout, so its not gunna make or break anything but im curious how i should best work around this dilemma

thanks
bulking/strength training

soon to begin bill starr's 5X5

current maxes:
squats: 255
deadlifts: 300
bench: 185
oh press: 125
goals for jan 1:
squats: 300
deadlifts: 350
bench: 210
oh pressL 145
