well i recently strarted takin anabolic switch on my second bottle, seems to be working ok havent seen solid gains yet. nothing visual but can feel the increase in strength... ill give it some time yet... i take it abotu 10 mins before my work out and right after. i take my protein in the morn and one in the evening... i wonder if i could change my on 100% whey to the cyto gainer to really start gaining.. will that be better to take then my 100% whey? i figured the cytogainer will make up for my lack of good diet... i try to eat good but can never commit to a steady good diet.i just want to get to a 185 pounds. im at 175 ish now. so let me know what you guys think! thanks!

It absolutely will not. Stop wasting your money on supplements and spend it on good food that you are willing to eat.

agreed with NBS. a good diet will reap 75% of the results you are wanting. the rest of that is due to dedicated, proper training habits. so basically i'm saying the same thing. stop thinking that buying a supplement will get you big, and that you don't have to do the work. get your diet in order, and eat some good food, and train right. you'll be surprised how easy it is and really happy when you see the results.
My name is FOX.... and I approve this message.

i did some searching on dieting...now that i look at it my diet isnt that bad.. i do eat out alot but i get good meals... steak, chicken, etc. i get my veggies and other stuff... i dont know how much i need or what all is needed. i dont know what my tdee is.. i am pretty active. i do alot of MMA. (but have been slacking for couple months.) have been more focused on lifting. when i work out i try to do 3 sets on 14, 12, then 10. of pretty heavy weight. (not maxing but heavy) i have a schedule that ive been following for a while and seems to work well. so if someone can help me with getting what i need together and stuff that would be great! ive had set goals to get what weight i want to.. i started at a 145 lbs. and kept setting goals to keep gaineing.. they just seem to get harder and harder! just need some help planning everything now!!! thanks!!!

Hmmm...try to not make it into one big blob of words because it was hard to read. Anyways its not that complicated. If you already bought cytogainer then I would take it when you wake up (the recomended 4 scoops) with vitamins or whatver. Then after that just eat a lot every 2 to 3 hours.
